Articolo primo

a) Il Regno delle Due Sicilie riconosce il Regno di Serbia, le sue istituzioni e le sue cariche, come Regno indipendente, autonomo e sovrano.

Articolo secondo

a) Il Corpo Diplomatico del Regno delle Due Sicilie, composto dal Re, i Governatori, dal Cancelliere, dal Ministro degli Esteri e dagli Ambasciatori, dispone dell'immunità diplomatica su tutto il territorio definito appartenente al Regno di Serbia.
Il Corpo Diplomatico del Regno di Serbia, composto dal Principe, dal Gran Ciambellano, dall'Ambasciatore dispone dell'immunità diplomatica su tutto il territorio definito appartenente al Regno delle Due Sicilie.

b) Il Regno delle Due Sicilie può dichiarare un membro del Corpo Diplomatico del Regno di Serbia, esclusi il Principe e il Gran Ciambellano, "persona non grata".
Ciò comporta il decadimento per tale membro dello status di rappresentante diplomatico nel Regno delle Due Sicilie.
Il Regno di Serbia, può dichiarare un membro del Corpo Diplomatico del Regno delle Due Sicilie, esclusi il Re, i Governatore, il Cancelliere e il Ministro degli Esteri, "persona non grata". Ciò comporta il decadimento per tale membro dello status di rappresentante diplomatico nel Regno di Serbia.

c) Per immunità diplomatica si intende una situazione giuridica soggettiva privilegiata riconosciuta e garantita a taluni soggetti in considerazione della loro posizione e funzione istituzionale. Gli effetti delle immunità sono riconducibili alla non processabilità per tutti i reati esclusi quelli previsti dal comma seguente.

d) Per i reati quali la compravendita di ingenti merci sul territorio della provincia ospite senza previa autorizzazione, il brigantaggio, l’assalto ai municipi o l’assalto al Castello della capitale, i rappresentanti diplomatici di entrambe le province rimangono processabili e saranno giudicati secondo le leggi in vigore nella provincia ospite.

Articolo terzo

a) Il Regno delle Due Sicilie autorizza la libera circolazione su tutto il suo territorio da parte del Corpo Diplomatico del Regno di Serbia.

b) In caso di chiusura delle Frontiere di una delle parti contraenti, il Corpo Diplomatico dovrà dare conferma della propria presenza al Prefetto e al Capitano della Provincia ospitante che altresì dovranno assicurare l’incolumità dei Diplomatici stranieri.
Il Corpo diplomatico prima di compiere ogni azione deve ricevere un pm di avvenuta lettura della comunicazione.

Articolo quarto

a) Il Regno delle Due Sicilie si impegna a proteggere e ad aiutare il Corpo Diplomatico del Regno di Serbia, su tutto il suo territorio e in ogni situazione.

b) La persona del rappresentante diplomatico è considerata inviolabile. Un attacco contro di essa o una mancata adeguata protezione da parte della provincia ospitante costituisce una grave offesa alla controparte.

Articolo quinto

Se una delle due Province firmatarie desiderasse annullare il presente trattato, deve necessariamente farne dichiarazione scritta all'altra Provincia. Il trattato sarà allora considerato caduco una settimana dopo la ricezione della suddetta comunicazione.

Articolo sesto

Il presente trattato è scritto in tre versioni, una italiana, una inglese ed una serba. Le tre versioni hanno lo stesso valore ed efficacia.

First article

a) The Kingdom of the Two Sicilies recognizes the Kingdom of Serbia, its institutions and its charges, like independent and sovereign Kingdom.

Second article

a) The Diplomatic Corps of the Kingdom of the Two Sicilies, composed by the King, the Governors, the Chancellor, the Foreign Minister, and by Ambassadors, has diplomatic immunity on the whole territory belonging to the Kingdom of Serbia.

Third article

a) The Kingdom of the Two Sicilies authorizes the free movement throughout its territory by the Diplomatic Corps of the Kingdom of Serbia.

Fifth article

If one wishes to cancel Province signatory to this Treaty, must declare in writing Province. The treaty will then be considered obsolete a week after receiving this notification.

Sixth article

Present treaty is written in three versions, one in italian, one in english and one in Serb. The three versions have got the same value and effect.

Трећи члан

а) Краљевина Две Сицилије дозвољава слободно кретање широм територије за чланове дипломатског кора Краљевине Србије.

б) У случају затварања граница једне од страна уговорница, дипломатски кор ће потврдити присуство Кнезу и капетан домаћина покрајине koja мора да осигура безбедност страних дипломата.

Четврти члан

а) Краљевина Две Сицилије залаже се за заштиту и помоћ дипломатског кора у Краљевини Србији, кроз своју територију и у било којој ситуацији.

б) Члан дипломатског кора се сматра неповредивом. Напад или пропуст да се правилно заштити од стране домаћина покрајине представља озбиљан прекршај у другој.

Пети члан

Уколико подносилац захтева жели да откаже спразум две покрајине у овом уговору, мора бити проглашен у писаној форми и у другој покрајини. Споразум ће се сматрати да је пропао након недељу дана од пријема овог обавештења.

Шести члан

Овај споразум је написан у три верзије, једна италијанска, једна енглеска и једна српска. Три верзије имају исту вредност и ефективност.
