Article I
Le Royaume de la Serbie admet le Duchй de Lorraine comme un duchй souverain et indйpendant.

Article II
l'Ambassade Serbe dans le Duchй de Lorraine est considйrйe comme le territoire du Royaume Serbe.

Article III
L'Ambassadeur du Royaume Serbe a l'immunitй diplomatique sur le territoire contrфlй par le Duchй de Lorraine.

Article IV
Le Royaume de la Serbie peut dйclarer l'Ambassadeur du Duchй de Lorraine "persona non grata" et enlever leur immunitй diplomatique en cas de faute grave de celui-ci.

Article V
L'immunitй diplomatique est enlevйe si l'Ambassadeur commet un de ces crimes : le vol, attaque sur une ville, l'attaque sur le Chвteau dans la Capitale et s'il ne respecte pas les lois du territoire oщ il se trouve.
Ils seront jugйs selon les lois du pays dans lequel ils sont actuellement.
Article VI
le Royaume de la Serbie est obligй de protйger et aider l'Ambassadeur de Duchй de Lorraine si demande est faite.

Article VII
Ce traitй ne peut кtre modifiй ou supprimй qu'avec l'accord des deux parties signataires.
Article VIII
Ce Traitй est йcrit dans trois versions : le Serbe, l'anglais et le franзais. Les trois versions ont la mкme valeur а la cour de justice.

The Kingdom of Serbia accepts the Duchy of Lorraine as a sovereign and independent duchy.
The Duchy of Lorraine admits the Kingdom of Serbia as a sovereign and independent country.
Article II
Serbian Embassy in the Duchy of Lorraine is considered to be the territory of the United Serbian.
The Embassy of the United Serbian Lorraine is considered to be the territory of the Duchy of Lorraine.
Article III
Kingdom Serb’s Ambassador has diplomatic immunity in the territory controlled by the Duchy of Lorraine.
The Ambassador of the Duchy of Lorraine has diplomatic immunity on the territory controlled by the Kingdom of Serbia.
Holders of diplomatic immunity thanks to the function are: The Chancellor and the ambassadors of the United Serbian in the Duchy of Lorraine.

Article IV
The Kingdom of Serbia may declare the Ambassador of the Duchy of Lorraine "persona non grata" and remove their diplomatic immunity in cases of gross misconduct.

Article V
Diplomatic immunity is removed if the Ambassador commits these crimes: theft, assault on a city, the attack on the castle in the capital and if he does not respect the laws of the jurisdiction where he is.
They will be judged according to the laws of the country where they are now..
Article VI
The Kingdom of Serbia have to protect and assist the Ambassador of the Duchy of Lorraine, if application is made.
The Duchy of Lorraine is obliged to protect and assist the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Serbia if application is made.
Article VII
The treaty cannot be changed or deleted without the agreement of both parties.
Article VIII
This treaty is written in three versions: Serbian, English and French. The three versions have the same value to the court of justice.

Члан 1
Краљевина Србија признаје Кнежевину Лорен као суверену и независну државу.

Члан 4
Краљевина Србија може прогласити Амбасадора Кнежевине Лорен персоном нон грата и одузети му дипломатски имунитет.

Члан 5
Дипломатски имунитет се одузима уколико Амбасадор учини неки од следећих злочина: пљачку, напад на Град, напад на Замак у Главном Граду.
Судиће му се по законима државе у којој се тренутно налази.
Члан 6
Краљевина Србија се обавезује да штити и помаже Амбасадора Кнежевине Лорен кад овај то затражи или не затражи.

Члан 7
