Articolo primo
a) Il Ducato di Milano riconosce il Regno Serbo, le sue istituzioni e le sue cariche, come Stato indipendente, autonomo e sovrano.

Articolo secondo
a) Il Corpo Diplomatico del Ducato di Milano, composto dal Duca, dal Gran Ciambellano, dal Cancelliere e dall'Ambasciatore Milanese, dispone dell'immunità diplomatica su tutto il territorio definito appartenente al Regno di Serbia.

b) Il Ducato di Milano può dichiarare un membro del Corpo Diplomatico del Regno Serbo, esclusi il Principe e il Gran Ciambellano, "persona non grata".
Ciò comporta il decadimento per tale membro dello status di rappresentante diplomatico nel Ducato di Milano.

c) Per immunità diplomatica si intende una situazione giuridica soggettiva privilegiata riconosciuta e garantita a taluni soggetti in considerazione della loro posizione e funzione istituzionale. Gli effetti delle immunità sono riconducibili alla non processabilità per tutti i reati esclusi quelli previsti dal comma seguente.
d) Per i reati quali il brigantaggio, l’assalto ai municipi o l’assalto al Castello della capitale, i rappresentanti diplomatici di entrambe i contraenti rimangono processabili e saranno giudicati secondo le leggi in vigore nella provincia ospite.
Articolo terzo
a) Il Ducato di Milano autorizza la libera circolazione su tutto il suo territorio da parte del Corpo Diplomatico (ove per corpo Diplomatico si intende Gran Ciambellano e ambasciatori) del Regno Serbo .

b) In caso di chiusura delle Frontiere di una delle parti contraenti, il Corpo Diplomatico dovrà dare conferma della propria presenza al Prefetto e al Capitano della Provincia ospitante che altresì dovranno assicurare l’incolumità dei Diplomatici stranieri.
Il Corpo diplomatico prima di compiere ogni azione deve ricevere un pm di avvenuta lettura della comunicazione.
c) In caso di necessità imminente, il Duca di Milano può esigere la partenza dell'ambasciata del Regno Serbo. L'ambasciatore dispone quindi di una settimana di tempo per lasciare il territorio di Milano.

Articolo quarto

Articolo quinto
Se una degli Stati firmatari, desiderasse annullare il presente trattato, deve necessariamente farne dichiarazione scritta all'altra Provincia. Il trattato sarà allora considerato caduco una settimana dopo la ricezione della suddetta comunicazione.

- TREATY REGARDING THE STATUTE OF THE AMBASSADORS DUCHY OF MILAN AND OF THE KINGDOM OF SERBIA
Art. 1
a) The Duchy of Milan recognizes the Kingdom of Serbia, its institutions and its dignitaries, as an independent, autonomous and sovereign country, part of the Kingdom of Serbia.

c) For diplomatic immunity one intends a recognized privileged subjective juridical situation and guaranteed to some subjects in consideration of their position and institutional function. The effects of the immunities are referable to the fact that this person can’t be judged for all the crimes excluded those foreseen in the following paragraph.
d) For the crimes like as brigandage, assault to the town hall or to the Castle of the capital, the diplomatic representatives of both the contractors are actionable and they will be judged according to the laws effective in the guest province.
Art. 3
a) The Duchy of Milan authorizes the free circulation on all of its territory of the Diplomatic Corps (where for Diplomatic Corps is intended the Gran Chamberlain and the Ambassadors) of the Kingdom of Serbia.

Art. 5
a) If one of signatory States wishes to annul the present Treaty, it necessarily has to make written declaration of it to the other province. The Treaty will be then considered ended a week after the receipt of the aforesaid communication.
b) Present Treaty is written in tree versions, one in Italian, one in English and one in Serbian. The tree versions have got the same value and effect.

д) За кривична дела као што је продаја робе на територији покрајина домаћина без дозволе, пљачки, напада на Дворац, или напад општина, дипломатски представници обе покрајине биће оптуживани и биће им суђеноу складу са законима на снази у земљи домаћина.
Трећи члан
а) Кнежевина Милан дозвољава слободно кретање широм територије за чланове дипломатског кора Краљевине Србије.

б) У случају затварања граница једне од страна уговорница, дипломатски кор ће потврдити присуство Кнезу и капетан домаћина покрајине koja мора да осигура безбедност страних дипломата.

Четврти члан
а) Кнежевина Милан залаже се за заштиту и помоћ дипломатског кора у Краљевини Србији, кроз своју територију и у било којој ситуацији.
Краљевина Србија се залаже за заштиту и помоћ дипломатског кора Кнежевине Милан на свим својим територијама и у свакој ситуацији.
б) Члан дипломатског кора се сматра неповредивом. Напад или пропуст да се правилно заштити од стране домаћина покрајине представља озбиљан прекршај у другој.
Пети члан
Уколико подносилац захтева жели да откаже спразум две покрајине у овом уговору, мора бити проглашен у писаној форми и у другој покрајини. Споразум ће се сматрати да је пропао након недељу дана од пријема овог обавештења.
Шести члан
Овај споразум је написан у три верзије, једна италијанска, једна енглеска и једна српска. Три верзије имају исту вредност и ефективност.
