Article I
Le Royaume de Serbie reconnait le Duchй de Savoie comme un Йtat souverain et indйpendant.

L'Ambassadeur Serbe possиde une immunitй diplomatique pendant qu'il se trouve sur un territoire contrфlй par le Duchй de Savoie.

Les dйtenteurs de l'immunitй diplomatique sont, par fonction, le Rйgent et l'Ambassadeur du Royaume de Serbie dans le Duchй de Savoie.

Article IV
Le Royaume de Serbie peut dйclarer "persona non grata" l'Ambassadeur savoyard et lui retirer son immunitй diplomatique.

Article V
L'immunitй diplomatique est retirйe si l'Ambassadeur commet l'un de ses dйlit ou crime : vol, tentative de prise de Mairie d'une ville, rйvolte contre le Chвteau en la Capitale.
Ils seront jugйes selon les lois en vigueur dans la Province concernйe.
Article VI
Le Royaume de Serbie est dans l'obligation de protйger et d'aider l'Ambassadeur du Duchй de Savoie, qu'il le demande ou non.
Le Duchй de Savoie est dans l'obligation de protйger et d'aider l'Ambassadeur du Royaume de Serbie, qu'il le demande ou non.
Article VII
Si l'un ou l'autre des signataire de ce Traitй dйsire l'annuler, il peut le faire, exceptй durant l'intervalle de sept jours suivant l'йlection d'un nouveau Conseil, et en informant l'autre signataire de ce Traitй au prйalable.
Article VIII
Ce Traitй est йcrit en trois versions : Serbe, Anglais, Franзais. Les trois versions ont la mкme validitй dans une Cour de Justice.

The Kingdom of Serbia acknowledges Duchй de Savoie as a sovereign and independent country.

The Serbian Embassy in Duchй de Savoie is considered as territory of the Serbian Kingdom.

Article III
The Ambassador of the Serbian Kingdom has diplomatic immunity whilst within the territory controlled by Duchй de Savoie.
The Ambassador of Duchй de Savoie has diplomatic immunity whilst within the territory controlled by the Kingdom of Serbia.
The bearers of diplomatic immunity, by function, are: the Regent and foreign affaires minister of the Serbian Kingdom in Duchй de Savoie.
The bearers of diplomatic immunity, by function, are: the Regent and foreign affaires minister of Duchй de Savoie in the Kingdom of Serbia.
Article IV
The Kingdom of Serbia can declare the Ambassador of Duchй de Savoie a “persona non grata” and remove their diplomatic immunity.

Article V
The diplomatic immunity is removed if the Ambassador commits one of these crimes: robbery, attack on a town, attack on the Castle in the Capitol
They will be judged by the laws of the country they are currently in.
Article VI
The Kingdom of Serbia is obliged to protect and help the Ambassador of (name of country) whether they request it or not.
Duchй de Savoie is obliged to protect and help the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Serbia whether they request it or not.
Article VII
Should either signatory of this Treaty wish to cancel it, they may do so solely during the interval of 7 days since the election of a new Council, by informing the other signatory of this Treaty.
Article VIII
This Treaty is written in three versions: Serbian, English and French. All three versions have the same validity at court.

Дипломатски имунитет се одузима уколико Амбасадор учини неки од следећих злочина: пљачку, напад на Град, напад на Замак у Главном Граду.

Краљевина Србија се обавезује да штити и помаже Амбасадора Војводства Савој кад овај то затражи или не затражи.

Ако нека потписница овог Споразума жели да га поништи то може учинити само у року 7 дана од избора новог Већа, при чему обавештава другу страну потписницу овог Споразума.

Овај Споразум је писан у три верзије Српској, Енглеској и Француској. Све три верзије имају исту вредност пред Судом.
