Articolo 1
I. Il Regno di Serbia riconosce la Serenissima Repubblica di Venezia come Repubblica indipendente e sovrana.

L'ambasciata del Regno di Serbia nella Serenissima Repubblica di Venezia è considerata territorio sovrano del Regno di Serbia.

Articolo 2
I.
Il Corpo Diplomatico del Regno di Serbia, composto dal Conte, dal Governatore e dall'Ambasciatore, dispone dell'immunità diplomatica su tutto il territorio definito appartenente alla Serenissima Repubblica di Venezia.
Il Corpo Diplomatico della Serenissima Repubblica di Venezia, composto dal Doge, dal Gran Ciambellano, dall'Ambasciatore edai Consiglieri di Legazione dispone dell'immunità diplomatica su tutto il territorio definito appartenente al Regno di Serbia.
II. Il Regno di Serbia può dichiarare un membro del Corpo Diplomatico della Serenissima Repubblica di Venezia, esclusi il Doge e il Gran Ciambellano, "persona non grata". Ciò comporta il decadimento per tale membro dello status di rappresentante diplomatico nel Regno di Serbia.
La Serenissima Repubblica di Venezia può dichiarare un membro del Corpo Diplomatico del Regno di Serbia, esclusi il Conte e il Governatore, "persona non grata". Ciò comporta il decadimento per tale membro dello status di rappresentante diplomatico nella Serenissima Repubblica di Venezia.
III. Per immunità diplomatica si intende una situazione giuridica soggettiva privilegiata riconosciuta e garantita a taluni soggetti in considerazione della loro posizione e funzione istituzionale. Gli effetti delle immunità sono riconducibili alla non processabilità per tutti i reati esclusi quelli previsti dal comma seguente.
IV.Per i reati quali la compravendita di ingenti quantità di merci sul territorio della provincia ospite senza previa autorizzazione, il brigantaggio, l’assalto ai municipi o l’assalto al Castello della capitale, i rappresentanti diplomatici di entrambe le province rimangono processabili e saranno giudicati secondo le leggi in vigore nella provincia ospite.
Articolo 3
Il Regno di Serbia autorizza la libera circolazione su tutto il suo territorio da parte del Corpo Diplomatico della Serenissima Repubblica di Venezia.

I. Il Regno di Serbia si impegna a proteggere e ad aiutare il Corpo Diplomatico della Serenissima Repubblica di Venezia su tutto il suo territorio e in ogni situazione, purché ne venga fatta richiesta

II. La persona del rappresentante diplomatico è considerata inviolabile. Un attacco contro di essa o una mancata adeguata protezione da parte della provincia ospitante costituisce una grave offesa alla controparte.
Articolo 5
Se una delle due Province firmatarie desiderasse annullare il presente trattato, deve necessariamente farne dichiarazione scritta all'altra Provincia. Il trattato sarà allora considerato caduco una settimana dopo la ricezione
della suddetta comunicazione.
Articolo 6
Il presente trattato è scritto in tre versioni, una italiana, una inglese ed una Serba.
Le tre versioni hanno lo stesso valore ed efficacia.

TREATY ON THE STATUTE OF AMBASSADORS OF THE KINGDOM OF SERBIA AND SERENISSIMA REPUBLIC OF VENICE
Article 1
I. The Kingdom of Serbia recognizes the Serenissima Republic of Venice as a sovereign and independent Republic.
The Serenissima Republic of Venice recognizes the Kingdom of Serbia as an independent and sovereign.
II.
The Embassy of the Kingdom of Serbia in the Serenissima Republic of Venice is considered sovereign territory of the Kingdom of Serbia.
The Embassy of the Serenissima Republic of Venice in the Kingdom of Serbia is considered sovereign territory of the Serenissima Republic of Venice.
Article 2
I.
The Diplomatic Corps of the Kingdom of Serbia, made by Conte, Governor and Ambassador, has diplomatic immunity on throughout the set belonging to the Serenissima Republic of Venice.
The Diplomatic Corps of the Serenissima Republic of Venice, composed of the Doge, the Grand Chamberlain, and Ambassador Counselors from Legation has diplomatic immunity throughout defined territory belonging to the Kingdom of Serbia.
II.
The Kingdom of Serbia may declare a member of the Diplomatic Corps Serenissima Republic of Venice, except the Doge and the Grand Chamberlain, "persona non grata." This leads to the decay State of the status of diplomatic representative in the Kingdom of Serbia.

III.
For diplomatic immunity refers to a situation subjective legal privileges recognized and guaranteed certain subjects because of their location and function institutional. The effects of immunity are due to non processability for all crimes except those provided for in the following paragraph.
IV.
Per offenses such as sale of large quantity of goods on the territory of the province without prior host authorization, robbery, assault with municipalities to the Castle of the capital, the diplomatic representatives of both provinces remain to be tried and judged according to the laws force in the province host.
Article 3
The Kingdom of Serbia shall allow the free movement throughout its territory Part of the Diplomatic Corps of the Serenissima Republic of Venice.

Article 4
I. The Kingdom of Serbia is committed to protect and assist the Diplomatic Corps of the Serenissima Republic of Venice over all its territory and in every situation, as long as may be required

Article 5
If either Provinces petitioner wishes to cancel this treaty, it must necessarily be declared in writing to the other Province. The Treaty shall be deemed to have lapsed, then a week after receiving of that communication.
Article 6
This Treaty is written in three versions, one Italian, one English and one Serbian.
The three versions have the same value and effectiveness.

Споразум о Статусу Амбасадора у Краљевини Србији и Пресветлој Републици Венецији
1. Краљевина Србија признаје Пресветлу Републику Венецију као суверену и независну Републику. Пресветла Република Венеција признаје Уједињену Краљевину Србију као суверену и независну државу.
2. Амбасада Краљевине Србије у Пресветој Републици Венецији сматра се за суверену територију Краљевине Србије. Амбасада Пресветле Републике Венеције у краљевини Србији сматра се сувереном територијом Пресветле Републике Венеције.
Члан 2
1. Дипламатски кор Краљевине Србије, који чине Кнез, Министар Спољних Послова и Амбасадор, имају диплотатски имунитет на територији Пресветле Републике Венеције.
Дипломатски кор Пресветле Републике Венеције, који чине Дужд, Министар Спољних Послова и Амбасадор, имају дипломатски имунитет на територији Краљевине Србије.
2. Краљевина Србија може прогласити члана дипломатског кора, изузев Дужда и Министра Спољних Послова, персоном нон грата. Држава може прогласити статус дипломатског представника у Краљевини Србији.
Пресветла Република Венеција може прогласити члана дипломатског кора, изузев Кнеза и Министра Спољник Послова, пресоном нон грата. Држава може прогласити статус дипломатског представника у Пресветлој Републици Венецији.
3. Дипломатски имунитет односи се на позицију једностраних легалних привилегија, признатих и јамачно гарантованих зависно од њихове установњене локације и функције. Ефекти имунитета су забрана процесуирања за све злочине, изузев злочина предвиђених у следећим пасусима.
4. За продајне понуде добара веће од количине дозвољених на територији Покрајине, пљачке, напада на Град, напада на Замак у Главном Граду, дипломатским представницима престаје имунитет и судиће им се по закону Државе у којој се налезе.
Члан 3
Краљевина Србија може одобрити представницима дипломатског кора Пресвете Републике Венеције кретање кроз целу територију Краљевине Србије.

2. Лице које је дипломатски представник сматра се неприкосновеним. Напад или покушај напада на њега захтева адекватну заштиту од државе домаћима, у супротном сматра ће се озбиљним нападом на другу страну.
Члан 5
Ако нека Држава жели да поништи овај споразум, мора благовремено обавестити другу страну. Уговор ће се сматрати поништеним недељу дана после пријема те ноте.
Члан 6
Уговор је писан у три верзије Српској, Енглеској, Италијанској. Све три верзије имају исту вредност и ефикасност.
