Treaty of Diplomatic Relations between the Kingdom of England the Kingdom of Serbia.
This treaty is to establish a basic Diplomatic Relationship between the above Countries. It will, therefore, establish the Rights of the Embassy and the Ambassador as well as all Embassy Staff within each Country.
Article One – Embassy
The Kingdom of England shall build an Embassy within the Kingdom of Serbia and it shall be regarded as being on English Soil with England as the sole Sovereign over the Embassy and the Land within it.
The Kingdom of Serbia shall build an Embassy within the Kingdom of England and it shall be regarded as being on Serbian Soil with Serbia as the sole Sovereign over the Embassy and the Land within it.
As such, any act of aggression upon an Embassy is in itself an act of aggression upon the Sovereign Country of the Embassy.
Article Two – Ambassador, Diplomatic Protection and Diplomatic Immunity
The Kingdom of England’s Ambassador, henceforth known as the English Ambassador, to the Kingdom of Serbia shall have Diplomatic Immunity from Prosecution whilst within the Kingdom of Serbia. The Kingdom of Serbia shall guarantee the safety of the English Ambassador, the right to Free Passage through the land and shall endeavour to help the English Ambassador in any situation that it may be required where possible with or without a request from the English Ambassador.
If the English Ambassador should commit a serious crime then the Sovereign of the Kingdom of Serbia can remove the English Ambassador’s Diplomatic Immunity in order to prosecute the English Ambassador.
The Kingdom of Serbia Ambassador, henceforth known as the Serbian Ambassador, to the Kingdom of England shall have Diplomatic Immunity from Prosecution whilst within the Kingdom of England. The Kingdom of England shall guarantee the safety of the Serbian Ambassador, the right to Free Passage through the land and shall endeavour to help the Serbian Ambassador in any situation that it may be required where possible with or without a request from the Serbian Ambassador.
If the Serbian Ambassador should commit a serious crime then the Regent of the Kingdom of England can remove the Serbian Ambassador’s Diplomatic Immunity in order to prosecute the Serbian Ambassador.
Article Three – Recall and Expulsion of an Embassy
In the case of necessity/emergency, the Regent of the Kingdom of England may recall the English Ambassador and the English Embassy’s Staff from the Kingdom of Serbia to England.
Also, the Regent of England has the right, during an emergency or because of necessity, to expel the Serbian Ambassador and the Kingdom of Serbia Embassy Staff from the Kingdom of England with a warning time of not less than two weeks to remove themselves from England.
In the case of necessity/emergency, the Sovereign of the Kingdom of Serbia may recall the Serbian Ambassador and the Serbian Embassy’s Staff from the Kingdom of England to Serbia.
Also, the Sovereign of the Kingdom of Serbia has the right, during an emergency or because of necessity, to expel the English Ambassador and the Kingdom of England’s Embassy Staff from the Kingdom of Serbia with a warning time of not less than two weeks to remove themselves from xxx.
In any case, the host nation of the departing foreign Ambassador and Embassy Staff shall give the Ambassador and Embassy Staff a guarantee of Safe Passage and shall provide an armed escort out of the host nations land.
Article Four – Cancellation of the Treaty of Diplomatic Relations
Should either the Kingdom of England or the Kingdom of Serbia wish to cancel this treaty, it is necessary for them to write an Official Declaration in accordance to their laws and to send a copy to the relevant Kingdom’s Officials. The Treaty will be considered annulled after two weeks in accordance with the Expulsion Time of the Ambassador and the Embassy Staff.
Article Five – Translation
This Treaty of Diplomatic Relations is written in English and is to be translated into the relevant language spoken by the Kingdom of Serbia. Both versions will be considered valid and correct, however the English Version shall always be considered Legal and useable in the Courts of Law.

Споразум дипломатских односа између Краљевства Енглеске и Краљевства Србије.
Овај споразум је о успостављању основних дипломатских односа између напред наведених земаља. Стога ће се успоставити права амбасаде, амбасадора као и особља амбасаде унутар обе земље.
члан један - Амбасада
Краљевство Енглеске ће саградити амбасаду у Краљевству Србије и сматраће се енглеским тлом са Енглеском као једином сувереном над амбасадом и земљиштем унутар ње.
Краљевство Србије ће саградити амбасаду у Краљевству Енглеске и сматраће се српским тлом и Србијом као једином сувереном над амбасадом и земљиштем унутар ње.
члан два - Амбасадор, дипломатска заштита и дипломатски имунитет
Амбасадор Краљевства Енглеске, у даљем тексту енглески амбасадор у Краљевству Србије имаће дипломатски имунитет од кривичног гоњења у Србији. Србија ће гарантовати безбедност енглеског амбасадора, право на слободан пролаз кроз земљу и настојаће да помогне енглеском амбасадору у свакој ситуацији у којој то може бити потребно, на захтев или без захтева енглеског амбасадора. Ако би енглески амбасадор починио какав озбиљан злочин, Краљевство Србије ће укинути дипломатски имунитет енглеском амбасадору у циљу кривичног гоњења.
Амбасадор Краљевство Србије, у даљем тексту српски амбасадор у Краљевству Енглеске имаће дипломатски имунитет од кривичног гоњења у Краљевству Енглеске. члан три - Опозив и искључење амбасаде
У случају неопходности/хитности, Регент Краљевства Енглеске може опозвати енглеског амбасадора и особље енглеске амбасаде у Краљевству Србије за Енглеску.
Такође, Регент Енглеске има право, због хитности или неопходности искључити српског амбасадора и особља амбасаде Краљевство Србије из Краљевства Енглеске са временом упозорења не мањим од две недеље за напуштање Енглеске.
У случају неопходности/хитности, регент Краљевство Србије може опозвати српског амбасадора и особље српске амбасаде у Краљевству Енглеске за Србију.
Такође, регент Краљевства Србије има право, због хитности или неопходности искључити енглеског амбасадора и особља енглеске амбасаде из Краљевства Србије, са временом упозорења не мањим од две недеље за напуштање Србије.
У сваком случају, домаћин ће при одласку страних амбасадора и особља амбасаде гарантовати амбасадору и особљу амбасаде сигуран пролаз и обезбедити оружану пратњу при изласку из земље домаћина.
члан четири - Укидање споразума о дипломатским односима
Ако би било које краљевство, Енглеске или Србије, желело да укине овај споразум, неопходно је да напише Званичну декларацију у складу са својим законом и да пошаље копију овлашћеним функционерима Краљевства.
Споразум ће се сматрати поништеним након две недеље у складу са временом искључења амбасадора и особља амбасаде.
члан пет - Превод
Овај Споразум дипломатских односа написан је на енглеском језику и има се превести на језик који је у употреби у Краљевству Србије.
Обе верзије ће се сматрати валидним и исправним ипак, енглеска верзија ће увек бити сматрана званичном и бити у употреби на суду.
