Article 1:
Le Royaume de Serbie mettra au sein de sa chancellerie une suite а la disposition de l’ambassadeur de Franche Comtй. Cette suite bйnйficiera de la mкme protection que celle accordйe а l’ambassadeur.

Article 2-1 :
L'ambassadeur de Franche Comtй dispose de l'immunitй diplomatique sur l'ensemble du territoire dйfini comme appartenant au Royaume de Serbie.

Article 2-2 :
En cas de faute grave avйrйe de l'ambassadeur de Franche Comtй en Serbie, le Franc Comte peut dйcider de lever ladite immunitй, de sorte que le fautif puisse кtre incriminй et jugй suivant les lois du Royaume de Serbie, sur les terres du Royaume de Serbie.
En cas de faute grave avйrйe de l'ambassadeur du Royaume de Serbie en Franche Comtй, le Conseil du Royaume de Serbie peut dйcider de lever ladite immunitй, de sorte que le fautif puisse кtre incriminй et jugй suivant les lois franc comtoises sur les terres de Franche Comtй.

Dans le cas oщ l’ambassadeur de Franche Comtй en Serbie commettrait une faute grave, le Royaume de Serbie se rйserverait alors le droit de le reconduire а la frontiиre, ainsi que de ne plus le reconnaоtre comme йtant l‘ambassadeur de Franche Comtй rattachй au Royaume de Serbie.
Dans le cas oщ l’ambassadeur du Royaume de Serbie en Franche Comtй commettrait une faute grave, la Franche Comtй se rйserveraient alors le droit de le reconduire а la frontiиre, ainsi que de ne plus le reconnaоtre comme йtant l’ambassadeur du Royaume de Serbie rattachй а la Franche Comtй.
Ce dйpart aurait valeur de bannissement et la personne ainsi reconduite ne pourrait plus assumer aucune fonction officielle sur le territoire d'oщ elle a йtй bannie, ni y entrer sans en avoir prйalablement reзu l'autorisation des autoritйs ducales/comtales durant le dйlais lйgal de bannissement.
Article 3 :
En cas de nйcessitй urgente, le Franc Comte peut exiger le dйpart de l'ambassade du Royaume de Serbie. L'ambassadeur dispose alors d'un dйlai d'une semaine pour quitter le territoire de Franche Comtй.

Article 6:
Si l'un des deux duchйs signataire dйsirait faire modifier le prйsent traitй il lui faudrait envoyer une proposition argumentйe du traitй modifiй а l'autre duchй, qui pourra faire une nouvelle proposition de la mкme faзon, ou bien la refuser, ou bien ratifier la modification qui entrerait en vigueur au lendemain de la signature du traitй modifiй, emportant la caducitй du prйsent traitй.
Article 7:
Si l'un des deux duchйs signataires dйsirait faire annuler le prйsent traitй, il lui faudrait nйcessairement en faire la dйclaration argumentйe par йcrit а l'autre duchй. Le traitй serait dиs lors caduc une semaine aprиs la rйception dudit courrier.
Le prйsent traitй deviendrait caduc si l'un ou l'autre des signataires dйclarait la guerre а l'autre province signataire.

Члан 1:
Краљевина Србија ће обезбедити, у оквиру Већа, простор на коришћење Амбасадору Кнежевине Франачке. Овај простор ће уживати исту заштиту гарантовану Амбасадору.

Ако Амбасадор Кнежевине Франачке у Краљевини Србији почини озбиљну увреду, Краљевина Србија задржава право да га/је отпрати до границе, и да га више не признаје као Франачког амбасадора у Краљевини Србији.

Овај одлазак се сматра протеривањем и протерана особа више не може обављати званичне дужности на територији са које је протеран/а, или да улази на територију без претходног одобрења власти домаћина током законски прописаног периода протеривања.
Члан 3:
У случају опасности, Кнежевина Франачка може захтевати одлазак Амбасадора Краљевине Србије. Амбасадор има период од недељу дана да напусти територију Кнежевине Франачке.

Члан 6:
Ако једна од држава потписница жели да промени важећи Уговор обавезна је да пошаље предлог са образложеним аргументима за промену Уговора другој потписници, која може написати нови предлог на исти начин, или га може одбити, или прихватити амандмане који ступају на снагу потписивањем промењеног Уговора и доводе до укидања садашњег Уговора.
Члан 7:
Ако једна од држава потписница жели да поништи овај Уговор, потребно је да писменим путем обавести другу потписницу и да оправда своју одлуку. Уговор ће потом престати да важи недељу дана након пријема документа о поништавању.
Овај Уговор постаје ништаван ако једна од држава потписница објави рат другој држави потписници.

Article 1:

In the event of a serious misconduct by the Ambassador of Franche-Comtй in Serbia, the Count may decide to lift such immunity, so that the culprit can be prosecuted and judged according to the laws of Serbia, on the territory of Serbia.

This departure would have value of banishment and the banished person could no longer assume any official duties in the territory from which he/she was banished, or enter without prior authorization from the county authorities during the statutory period of banishment.
Article 3:
In the case of an emergency, the Franc-Comte may require the departure of the Serbia Embassy. The Ambassador then has a period of one week to leave the territory of Franche-Comtй.

Article 4:

Franche-Comtй is committed to protect and assist the Ambassador of Serbia across its territory and in all situations.

Article 6:
If one of the two signatory counties wanted to change the present Treaty it should send a proposal with developed arguments for the Treaty changes to the other county, which could write a new proposal in the same way, or refuse it, or ratify the amendment which would enter into force with the signature of the amended Treaty and would bring about the cancellation of the present Treaty.
Article 7:
If one of the two signatory counties wanted to quash this Treaty, it would necessarily have to notify in writing the other county and justify this decision. The Treaty would therefore lapse one week after receipt of such document.
This Treaty would become null and void if one or the other signatories declared war on the other signatory county.
